A concert to celebrate Bulgaria joining the EU is planned at the Embassy in London. Varadin (Yulian Vergov), the new ambassador, is given the role of ensuring that the Queen attends. This was done at the absolute insistence of the wife (Devorina Selyanska) (Ernestina Chinova) of the Bulgarian President, who wants to throw a proper party.Meanwhile in London, Director Dee Garber of the National Defense Commission has found a gap in the funding of the Eurofighter project. The deficit was the same amount as the money that didn't come from Bulgaria. The money was spent by Bulgarian consulate staff into buying items from the duty-free shop of the Bulgarian embassy in London for their own personal gains. The staff had been operating without a boss for 4 months and was very happy. Varadin closes the duty-free shop on his first day.Katya (Ana Papadopulu) works as a cleaner at the embassy and at night works at a night club. One night she is approached by a man named Munroe (Tomas Arana) who claims to be a producer for a part. Katya is fired from the club and calls Munroe who asks her to come and meet Barry (J.D. Kelleher) who is a make-up artist. Barry transforms Katya into a Princess D lookalike. Munroe works at a agency called Famous Connections, who specialize in providing fake royals for special "fantasy" events.Kosta Banicharov (Lyubomir Neikov) works at the duty-free shop of the embassy and supplies stolen liquor to his Russian contacts (who run a restaurant in London). One of the Russian contacts is Chavo, and the other is the "Big Boss". In return the Russian guys wants to use the embassy (through Kosta) to store their stolen ducks in the kitchen (Kosta has to kill and skin the ducks before storing them in the embassy freezer). The guys have stolen the ducks from Hyde Park. They don't know that the ducks have locators embedded in them, which can be picked up within a radius of 5 miles and that they belong to the queen.Dee Garber becomes good friends with Varadin when he turns in the Bulgarian President's speech for the European Conference, after it was left in the toilet by a careless staffer. Over drinks, Dee Garber reveals that once he dined with Prince Charles, through a PR agency, called Famous Connections. Dee Garber doesn't know that Famous Connections supplies fake Royals. Varadin meets the owner of Famous Connections and expresses his need to have the Queen attend his embassy function. The owner agrees but wants better sandwiches to be supplied for the function.Detective Collway (Ralph Brown) orders a satellite search for the ducks and is surprised to see the signal coming from the Bulgarian Embassy. Meanwhile Racho (Malin Krastev), the security officer at the embassy conducts a search for spy devices inside the embassy and finds signals coming from the kitchen freezer, where the ducks are stored. Racho finds the transmitters and with Kosta, puts them in bread and feeds them to the swans in Hyde Park. As the police swoops up the swans, The media gets hold of the story and reports that the swans at Hyde Park ate the 50 ducks at Richmond Park. Unknown to everyone, one of ducks had escaped Kosta and still has a chip inside of it. It is hiding inside the embassy.Famous Connections sends Munroe to meet Varadin to understand the role of the Queen in the "Fantasy" of Varadin's function. But talking to Varadin he realizes that Varadin is expecting the real Queen to show up to the function. Instead of backing down, the owner decides to go even bigger and tells Varadin that the Queen will not go for cheap publicity and that this will be a very private event with only the cream of society invited. He jacks his fee even higher. Devorina Selyanska is almost orgasmic to hear that the queen has accepted her invite. She hires a famous presenter Chavo (Georgi Staykov) and a fire designer to make the event even more grand. She doesn't know that Chavo is the right-hand man of the Russian restaurateur, who has links to the Russian mafia.Meanwhile the owner of Famous connections sees Katya inside the embassy and pays her to move out immediately. Varadin is heartbroken as he had the hots for her, and finds a playbook in her room, which had the scripts for her "fantasy" parts via the agency. Varadin "orders" for Katya through the agency and meets her in a hotel room. Varadin confronts Katya in the hotel and says that he is being scammed by Famous connections. Katya tells him the truth and Varadin confronts the owner of Famous Connections. The owner calms Varadin down by saying that he came to them, and they assumed he knew that they provided only look-alike. Varadin has no option but to continue the contract.Meanwhile the Russian mafia guns down the "Big Boss" and now Kosta & Chavo is trying very hard to get rid of all the ducks by serving ducks every day for dinner to embassy staff. Chavo & Kosta doesn't know that the mafia mistakenly killed an impostor, and the real "Big Boss" is still alive. Chavo then sells the ducks to some Jews, but then Selyanska arrives from Bulgaria to oversee preps and wants Kosta to serve ducks at the Queen's banquet. Kosta tells Chavo that the ducks went bad as the freezer was out of order.So, finally the big day arrives, and the Famous Connections agency puts its entire staff to work to create the "private party" aristocratic gathering for the Bulgarian embassy. The chef finds the last missing duck, which makes it way onto Selyanska's plate at dinner. Selyanska eats the duck, which activates the chip, which is again tracked by satellite by Detective Collway. Chavo realizes that Kosta told him a lie when he sees duck being served to the Queen. While this is going on, Katya has been fired by the owner of Famous connections, and she teams up with her regular driver Desmond to get some "real" money. The plan is to rob old pervs by catching them in the act. On their first job, Desmond enters the room while Katya is tied, and knocks Katya's customer unconscious. He robs the safe.Meanwhile the fire designer's show at the embassy gets out of hand and the embassy catches fire while the "Queen" and everyone else are still inside. The fire sprinklers are activated, and everyone has to evacuate. Detective Collway leads a team to the embassy. But has to drop all plans when he comes to know that Selyanska is the wife of the Bulgarian president.
